Top Notch Educational Consultant provides advisory and guidance services for MBBS and BDS admissions: reviewing your NEET result, explaining the counselling process, building a realistic college shortlist, and assisting with registration, choice filling and documentation.
2. What our service is not
We are not an admission authority. We do not allot seats, and we have no ability to influence an allotment. We do not act as an agent for any college. We do not accept or facilitate capitation, donations or any payment intended to secure a seat outside the official counselling process, and we will end the engagement immediately if asked to.
3. No guarantee
Nothing we say constitutes a guarantee of admission to any college. Your outcome depends on your NEET rank, category, domicile, the seat matrix in that year, and the decisions of the official counselling authority.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information — a wrong score or category produces a useless shortlist.
- Meet every official counselling deadline. We will remind you; we cannot extend them.
- Verify all fees and eligibility criteria directly with the college before you pay anything.
- Make your own final decision. The choice of college is always yours.
5. Fees for our services
The initial consultation is free. Any charge for extended counselling support will be communicated to you in writing, in advance, and agreed before work begins. We do not take a commission from any college.

7. Limitation of liability
